At The Comfort Zone, your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a high standard of service and fairness to all clients, we kindly ask you to review the following policies.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
If your appointment is cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking at your preferred date.
Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the case of a no-show.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full service amount.
Any outstanding balance will be added to your next appointment bill.

If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the full service fee will apply.
This charge will also be added to your next appointment if not settled.
Punctuality is essential to delivering our high-quality service.
If you arrive late and we are unable to complete your treatment within the remaining time, your appointment may need to be cancelled.
In such cases, the full service fee will still apply.
At The Comfort Zone, we offer special course passes as a value package for ongoing treatments. Please carefully review the terms and conditions before purchasing:
Full payment is required upfront for all course passes.
Course passes are non-refundable.
In the event you are permanently prevented from continuing your treatments due to:
– A medical condition, or
– Prescribed medication that contraindicates further treatment,
A refund may be considered at the discretion of management.
If a refund is approved, it will be calculated as follows:
– The full standard (non-discounted) price of any sessions already used will be deducted,
– Any no-show or late cancellation charges will also be deducted,
– The remaining balance will then be refunded to you.
Alternatively, at management’s discretion, you may be offered the option to have the remaining balance credited to your account.
This credit can be used for other treatments and is valid for up to one year from the original date of course payment.
